The Saracen® Ovens are manufactured to order and are sized for your particular process.    Air Recirculated Ovens can be heated by any type of fuel and our use of the latest materials and manufacturing techniques make these units extremely energy efficient.

Conveyorised ovens are compatible with overhead pendant conveyor systems, flat bed conveyor systems both manual and automatic and can incorporate powered heat seals and/or automatic doors.

Air recirculation oven design incorporates heat up and cool down zoning to fit varying temperature profiles. Our modular insulated panel systems allow ovens of infinite size and insulation materials.

The Saracen® Box – Batch – Conveyorised Oven

Our ovens are available in sizes from 1 metre cube to in excess of 10 metres x 4 metres high with temperature ranges from 35C to 400C as air recirculation units. Higher temperatures revert to furnace type technology with radiant elements and low thermal mass insulation.

Ovens are designed to accept components for trolley loading, shelf loading or overload conveyors with swing doors or rise and fall doors. Control systems modulate the temperature, control the process time and can provide time, temperature graphs. Integration with other process plant IR oven or production requirements is also available.

Radiant Ovens

Our Ovens can be manufactured with gas emitters or electric elements and are available for conveyor circuits where products are presented vertically or horizontally. Natural gas or propane gas emitters housed within stainless steel reflectors with automatic ignition and flame failure systems. Electric emitters are available for short wave, medium wave and long wave processing with control systems interlocked to time temperature variation.
